As a Graduate Thesis Intern Data Visualization, you will play a supporting role in advising our clients to become more data-driven by ensuring data is well-managed, understood, and accessible. Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll learn more about data visualization projects and learn how data can be turned into valuable insights for businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge in data visualization, management, and strategy within a supportive and innovative environment. For this thesis internship, we seek a candidate interested in researching how AI and Generative AI can be leveraged in data visualization solutions.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and curious team member who is eager to learn and grow within the field of data visualization. You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset and a strong interest in data!

You might be a great fit if you:

Are in the final phase of your WO master or HBO bachelor studies in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Digital Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Are available for 4-6 months starting August or September 2025.
Have a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for turning data into real business value.
Have working proficiency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level according to the CEFR).
Enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to ask questions.
Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Experience of working in a large customer focused environment;

• At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service industry, preferably IT based;

• At least 2 years experience of working in a helpdesk/customer handling environment;

• Fresh graduates with IT knowledge is welcome to apply.

• Previous working experience in a multinational Service Desk/Helpdesk environment for 1 to 2 years is an definite added advantage

• Good interpersonal skills and customer interface skills – both on the phone and in person with customers and colleagues

• Good written and verbal communication skills – in particular verbal and telephone enquiry handling skills in business fluent English and Korean

Technical

1st LINE SUPPORT ANALYST/ ENGINEER

We are currently looking for 1st LINE SUPPORT ANALYST/ ENGINEER.

As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network configurations, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with colleagues and clients.

Job Description: 

Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers, helping them with hardware, software, and network issues
Delivering professional and prompt service to the clients
Keeping records of all customers enquiries in the reporting system
Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
Sending more complex enquiries to the relevant IT Support Team

Basic experience in Windows OS and MS Office
Customer service experience will be an asset

Requirements:

English Proficiency: B2+/C1 level.
Nice to have: German B2+/C1.

1st Line Support Engineering

The First Line Support Analyst’s role is to provide a single point of contact for customers’ incidents and enquiries, following documented processes to ensure tickets are logged, prioritised and routed correctly. The 1LS Agent will also be expected to provide Incident Resolution to support the First Time Fix Service Level Agreement as per documented Knowledge Articles.

The environment in which this role operates is fast paced and continually challenging.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in working Customer Service environments.

Demonstrable understanding and experience in using: Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11), Microsoft Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

Fluent English Language skills, able to communicate easily with customers both verbally and in writing. Able to describe technical details to non-technical customers in simple plain English.

Be able to learn other roles and contracts to assist in leveraged working throughout the contact centre.

Problem solving skills: able to identify the exact details of a problem through a rational process and able to take steps to ensure a successful resolution.

Attention to detail, able to document the details of issues clearly in a concise understandable manner.
