Job Requirement:
Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline
Non-Voice with Individual Contributor role
Perform Settlements operations for wholesale lending & commercial lending.
Oversee end-to-end loan trade settlement activities, ensuring accurate accounting, timely cash movements, and strong adherence to credit agreements.
Involves coordinating with Agent Bank’s, Lenders, Borrowers and internal partners to deliver seamless settlement execution and robust servicing across Barclays syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios.
Strong understanding of syndicated loan settlements, cash flows, and servicing actions including rate sets, rollovers, drawdowns, and prepayments.
Proven ability to manage daily loan accounting, payment processing (manual and STP) and SWIFT confirmations with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience in resolving FOBO breaks, cash breaks, and performing treasury-level accounting entries.
Capability to respond to queries from Agent Banks, Borrowers, Finance, PCG, and Middle Office with clarity and precision.
Ability to support lifecycle events such as new facility setup, drawdowns, and termination of commitments.
Working knowledge of loan operations platforms such as Loan IQ and ACBS.
Familiarity with syndicated lending structures and cash management processes.
Experience in SSI setup/maintenance and high-value payment verification within authorized limits.
Exposure to Corporate or Investment Banking operations.
Understanding of KRIs, workflow management, and operational control frameworks.
Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns.

FX & Capital Markets Trade-Support Analyst
In this role you will report into the FX & Middle Markets Trader and will primarily be tasked with supporting trade execution on the FX/ExO desk.
The role will also cover trade support across the Advisory and Portfolio Management divisions – thus a flexible & collaborative approach is needed to support business objectives across the Investment Team. This role offers exposure across FX and broader capital markets, with the chance to contribute to strategic goals including the development of a high-touch trading desk for European clients by 2026–2027.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Direct client-facing experience is advantageous (Retail or Institutional).
QFA/APA designation preferable.
