Specialist Customer Care Support – India

Job Description:

To manage the functions of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload in order to achieve objectives for the unit.
Responsible for the coordination of work carried out by the processors/ authorisers and ensure accurate and seamless execution of assigned workflow.

Deal with customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution is offered to be able to manage customer experience and NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed/accuracy.
Handle customer requests with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes. Adhere to the Service Level Agreements specified by the client / process and ensure adherence to time schedules.
May have the authority to release and verify funds across a variety of systems used by the department. Deal with customers and may be required to identify, log and escalate complaints and resolve queries by tracking them internally and escalate upwards if necessary.

Qualification:

Under-Graduate/Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
Experience of working in a customer facing service environment
Effective communication skills
MS Office Suite (Preferably Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good typing skills (25-30 word per minute)
Experience of Back Office Operations systems, especially within Bereavements/Delegated processes, and shaping new procedures and exchanging best practice to improve advisors and customer experience.
Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work in changing shifts pattern

Job Description:

Being responsible for calculating daily P&L, risk exposures, hedges and various other market driven metrics
Generating bond models for potential investments as well as surveillance of existing positions
Working on enhancements of internal infrastructure and framework, including automation of processes and collaboration with various groups within Barclays
Being responsible for managing inventory along with hedges and their associated risks according to risk guidelines

Job Description:

• Engaging and building requirements for Channel & Product implementation, directly with clients & Relationship Teams
• Assisting the Implementation Project Managers with New to Bank propositions, implementing specific client channels
• Navigating clients through Implementation processes, including Legal Documentation, Security, Mandatory Controls
• Providing expert training on Digital Channels, Products & Fraud Awareness as part of client implementation journey

Job Description:

• Sourcing leads, engaging and acquiring new clients, and co-ordinating external & internal networking/prospecting events where relevant
• Making cold and warm calls/introductions to external prospects and key business introducers, presenting the Barclays offering and being the face of the proposition
• Engaging with Business Development Managers and Prospect Management to identify opportunities and drive them to completion
• Creating and implementing product campaigns for specific clients based on need, appetite and opportunity
• Developing sales pitches with the oversight of a Wealth Manager and identifying target clients for particular products and investment solutions
• Helping with and attending meetings alongside a Wealth Manager and assisting in processing any advice provided to the client through the relevant internal systems

• Taking accountability for any remediation activities, administrative and/or governance tasks as and when required

What we’re looking for:

Preferred 2 IAD modules – UK Regulations & Professional Integrity and Investments, Risk & Taxation – follow up completion of the Financial Planning & Advice module within a year

One of the following: Level 4 IMC (Units 1 & 2), CFA Level 1 or CII R01 (Financial services, regulation and ethics) and R02 (Investment principles and risk) or R03 (Personal taxation)

Excellent, up to date understanding of the general financial markets dynamics and current financial concepts
A high aptitude and understanding of the digital landscape, with the ability to effectively support client’s changing needs in this area
