Job Description
Working Knowledge on Windows Server (2008, 2012 & 2016) and Active Directory services
Working knowledge on Virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Hyper-v) is expected
Knowledge on cloud platform is mandatory
knowledge in implementing, managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, ADFS and Group Policies on Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016 servers
Good understanding of Active Directory best practices, health check reports, hardening and security compliance.
Should be working on Security vulnerability remediation, Analyze Security report for vulnerability Remediation.
Creating reports for PCI,SOX,SAP & DMX, testing solutions in vulnerability, executing ESXI patching , Antivirus updates, weekly reboots & weekly patch compliance
Create CRQ Plan an schedule weekly activities and maintain Trackers
Develops documents, enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
Should be able to monitor ticket queue when in shift, works on incidents, changes, service request, performs daily health checks & available for weekend activities.
working Scripting experience will be an added advantage
Should be able to escalate to management at required situations & provide timely updates to management on priority tasks.
Develops on troubleshooting skills & Good communication skills is must
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
Should have an ITIL process understanding.
