HR Helpdesk Administrator – Europe
Job Description:
Integration in a solid and dynamic team;

Drafting of employment contracts and additional documentation;
Conducting admission meetings;
Opening and updating of registrations in the various applications, internal and external;
Support on vacation report and management;
Archiving and document management;
Clarification of doubts and questions of employees in the areas of their responsibility.
Qualification:
Degree or Master’s in the areas of Human Resources Management, Management, Public Administration, Economics or equivalent;
Eligible for IEFP Professional Internship;
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus);
Computer skills from the user’s perspective;
Immediate availability;
Sense of responsibility;
Pro-activity and dynamism.
