Job Description
SharePoint Review existing SharePoint infrastructure and solutions
Identify and address any architectural deficiencies
Set SharePoint development project schedules
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely communications and reporting
Candidate shall provide support for the development migration testing documentation integration
Provide analysis design development implementation and support leveraging SharePoint
Understand business requirements goals and risks in order to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects
Provide expert user support and guidance as required Deliver user training and documentation as required
Contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of information and document governance within the Institute
RightFax Application support features Fax to Email Fax to Print Fax to Fileshare Email to Fax API Access POP3 to Fax
Configuration and troubleshooting of Applications access method for FaxUtil API POP3 and email
Understanding of faxutil access Troubleshooting and management of integration with rightFax with SAP and other applications
Hands on experience of Patching and DR Testing Common for eFax and rightfax User creation group account creation and assignment for rightfax and eFax Day to Day operations issue of rightfax and eFax
Exp Password reset not receiving fax delay in fax error in sending and fax receiving issue
Coordination with Telco s and cloud service provider Troubleshooting of eFax and rightfax issue with phone mobile tablet and computer Extension understanding of reporting creation of rightfax and eFax usage
Troubleshooting eFax and rightFax server issues like Dialing rules SMTP gateway issues etc
