Application Software Engineer (entry level) – USA
Job Description:
Leverage leading edge technologies, tools and platforms to acquire new skills
Expand knowledge in digital, machine learning, data & analytics, product engineering, digital consulting like design thinking, UX design, SaaS
Work closely with experienced developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts as part of a larger development team
Develop quality software solutions across multiple industry domains
Ensure developed code is in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards
Test all code developed as per the defined quality process standards
Participate in troubleshooting existing software issues and implement as per the change management process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming, Programming/ Scripting Languages e.g. Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Python, Golang, React
Knowledge of basic DevOps processes and technologies (CI/CD, Git and GitLab, Ansible) as well as familiarity with containerization and related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
