Job Responsibilities :
Handling advisory and compliance engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, such as Tax structuring, Advisory and Litigation support pertaining to Service Tax, VAT, Excise and Customs.
Periodical Indirect Tax compliance such as Excise, Service tax, VAT and CST return, APR/QPR for EOU, STPI, obtaining Statutory Forms from the tax authority.
Undertaking reconciliation between books of accounts and figures disclosed in the statutory returns.
Responsible for the execution of the assigned engagements under the supervision of seniors.
Coordination with the departments to obtain approvals, registrations, licenses, etc.
Coordination with the seniors on planning and management of assignments.
Develop a rapport with the lower levels of client management; display commitment to outstanding client service
Qualification:
Working in this discipline will see a Senior Analyst working on engagements and teams (the sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).
