Quality Management Trainee – Europe
As part of our two-year Program, you will collaborate with a very diverse group of individuals from across EMEA, enriching each other while addressing business challenges. Together you will build first-class skills and a network that will benefit you throughout your career.
As a participant, you will:
Experience various plant functions and/or teams
Collaborate on projects with other trainees
Participate in regular networking sessions with managers and peer groups

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Food or Process Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Quality Assurance.
Up to two years of professional experience (including Internship experience)
High integrity and ethical standards
Fluency in English and local language

Preferred qualifications
Natural leadership ability, motivation and initiative

Selection process
We consider the selection process as a discovery for both of us and it starts with an introductory self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter.
It is followed by a 1-hour video or in-person meeting with the team.
The finalists will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager followed by a plant tour

Qualifications:

Generative AI Platform and Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid ) – USA
Build the Generative AI platforms, systems and infrastructure and apply general knowledge of software development and infrastructure as code practices.
Design, develop, test, deploy, support and enhance moderately complex automated infrastructure and platform components.
Work closely with both data scientists, data engineers, product managers, GenAI Engineers in the company and internal customers to identify key areas of development for our generative AI platform.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Experience building GenAI or ML platform systems for applications in the ML or Foundation Model model development lifecycle such as model training, data preparation, model evaluation, and model serving

Analyst – India
This position is responsible for the end to end process of paying freight invoices and supporting the business units, functions and carriers with invoice queries. Duties include working closely with COE’s ,business and Carrier contacts to resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment of invoices, resolving vendor invoice inquiries and manage relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Advanced Accountant Analyst – Europe
The Advanced Accountant Analyst will provide a variety of accounting services for selected processes and countries. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting administrative expenses, coordinate month end general ledger close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, cost and management control and provide profit and loss analysis.

DT&D Commercial Operations Analyst – India
Commercial Operations Analyst will provide support and help develop the deployment and communication of new processes, changes and projects management as well as the portfolio management of new services. In this role, you will handle projects with internal team and cross functional partners and extend the continuous improvement and innovation culture.
