Valuation Associate
The Consulting & Valuation Group (C&V) of CBRE is a specialized Advisory and Valuation practice that undertakes assignments across a wide variety of real estate asset classes and works for a broad spectrum of private and public-sector clients. C&Vs diverse portfolio of services includes:
Market Research exercises (mix of desktop as well as primary research), coupled with analysis & interpretation of the collated intelligence
Business Plans, Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Techno-Economic Viability Studies, Due Diligence Exercises, Entry / Location Strategies, Portfolio Optimization, etc.
Specialized studies such as retail zoning & tenancy mapping, workplace strategy & change management, education & healthcare advisory, market positioning strategies, etc.
Financial Structuring, Public-Private partnerships, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages.
Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner’s distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports.
Generate financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.
Understand and work with scenario planning (exit/maintain/grow) tools/models, while analyzing trends in general business conditions.
Respond to and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.
Research open accounting issues and recognize potential issues and conflicts so corrective action can intercept and minimize issues.
Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practice experience in applying them.

Job Description:
Administer training programs in three key areas: Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
Identify needs and recommend thought-out solutions that meet CBRE learning demands.
When needed, suggest solutions and delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
Partner with subject matter experts to update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
Create communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
Ensure all new content is aligned with LMS governance guidelines.
Use training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness.
Stay current in learning industry trends, methodologies, and best practices and know how to put those into professional practice.
