Process Specialist – Data – India

Job Description:

Business /Customer Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work Interact with customers internal /external to meet process deliverables

Manage and resolve 1st level and 2nd level escalation calls and issues raised by customers For Voice processes Effectively

Communicate information on products/services or trouble shoot issues within the specified time frames as agreed upon with the client in a manner that is understandable by the end user or Customer

Connect with the customer & provide highest level of customer satisfaction

Support the Team Leader on Day to Day operations SLA and Floor Operations management

Support the PEs & SPEs to enhance the knowledge level on the process

Program Overview:

As a participant in Cognizant® Skills Accelerator program for Java Full-Stack, you will continue developing in-demand tech skills through an innovative, sponsored upskilling program specifically tailored for U.S. professionals with non-computer science degrees who want to advance their skills and prepare for a career in a highly sought-after IT role. This no-cost training program can benefit individuals who are interested in applying for Cognizant’s Apprenticeship Program. Selected participants should expect to spend 15 or more hours per week developing their new skill by completing exercises, tests, projects, and homework.

Training Details:

The Java Full Stack program is delivered online and comprised of the following 5 courses including weekly live learning sessions, webinars, and Cognizant speaker series within an engaging learning community.

Assessment Course – Java Fundamentals

Advanced Java Programming

Spring Boot Basics

Web Services and APIs (application programming interfaces)

Java Application Deployment

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

Work directly with Partners and Googlers to validate and document business and technical solution requirements during onboarding.

Deliver priority operational support to quickly unblock Marketplace related deals and partner onboarding.

Guide partners on technical issues during Marketplace onboarding, review catalog submission making sure the solution abides by Marketplace policy, help partners onboarding quickly to Marketplace and help partners with post onboarding activities or issues.

Responsible for catalog maintenance for existing Marketplace solutions.

Meeting operational metrics for faster onboarding and partner response.

Develop and deploy repeatable solutions/assets to assist and encourage partners to adopt at scale.

Implement ongoing monitoring to inform business policies and work with partners to address any issues in telemetry in partnership with business and partner managers.

Implement strong feedback loops with partners, operations, and product/engineering teams to deliver product enhancements that improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Job Description:
