Investment Controller – Europe
Job Description:
Securities Settlement team has responsibility for control over investments to mutual and private equity funds, settlements of bonds & equities, derivatives trades and control of corporate actions.
Communication between custodian banks, counterparties, and our colleagues in different locations is our extensive part of our daily work to ensure our clients’ good quality service.
Responsibility:
• Control and confirm trades of financial instruments
• Ensure timely and correct settlement of financial instruments
• Cash and asset reconciliation in back-office systems
• Written communication (in rear cases- verbal) with fund managers, counter-parties, custody banks
Qualification:
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments
• Excellent digital literacy
• Positive attitude, flexible and able to learn and improve processes
• Accuracy, structure, orientation to details
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Norwegian language skills B1/B2 level is a plus
