Job Description:
Training: Interdisciplinary and specific trainings as part of the Career Start program as an opportunity for personal and professional development
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor’s or master’s degree at a university or university of applied sciences.
Rotation: Opportunity to spend 4-6 months working in a functionally related area as a chance to build networks in different areas of the bank
Opportunities for further development: Permanent employment with the prospect of a challenging position as Junior Portfolio Manager in Portfolio Engineering within the Investment Management department after completing the Career Start program.
You will receive an in-depth insight into portfolio construction based on tactical asset allocation decisions as well as security selection
An in-depth insight into portfolio construction based on tactical asset allocation decisions
Active participation in daily portfolio management operational and risk management tasks
You will be integrated in the investment process and development of new products/ investment solutions
Contribution in pre- and after sales support (i.e. periodical and ad-hoc activities like monthly and quarterly reporting as well as investment proposals, investment rationales)
You will support on various projects
Keen awareness of quality and strong analytical skills
Open and persuasive personality with team working skills
Interest in financial markets and economics
Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg and VBA programming skills are a plus
High level of motivation and drive, entrepreneurial spirit
Ambitious team-player with outstanding passion for learning with flexibility and can-do attitude
An outstanding academic record, accurate with sound judgment and integrity
Fluent German and English skills
