Service Delivery Engineer – Graduate/Early-In-Career Position – Europe
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
Job Description:
• Interface directly with customers to coordinate project activities and support issues
• Build and review design, functional, technical and/or process documentation
• Focus on data collection and analysis of specific issues with internal team
• Develop and sustain effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
• Install, Configure and Implement Dell Technologies Hardware & Software products as per the specifications in the Statement of Work, Scope document and the Architecture Design Document.
Qualification:
• Entry level position requiring 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
• Ability to set priorities and delegate
• Analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of a Data Center operations with its computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems. Since IT operations are crucial for business continuity, it generally includes redundant or backup components and infrastructure for power supply, data communication connections, environmental controls and various security devices.
