Junior Sales Specialist Services
Job Description:
Support the Services business – learn from your colleagues how to drive revenue and margin, observe how they manage the sales pipeline and identifying opportunities for attaching support and deployment services
Depending on your previous experience we will enable to quickly take on more responsibility to makes sales calls, to identify sales opportunities with existing and new accounts, to manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end
Get the chance to attend and observe large deal reviews (DGR), participate in weekly business reviews to learn more about sales
Develop a deep knowledge of the Dell Services portfolio in order to prepare training sessions for the channel partners’ sales teams, deliver these trainings together with your Services Sales colleague
Provide sales support by running reports, preparing information and collecting data in order to build up and grow your market- and competitor knowledge
Interact with the Services Sales Teams, Core Sales Account Teams, Channel Partners & customers

Essential Requirements:
IT / Business related degree – recently graduated or with first experience in sales duing an internship/ student job
Well- organized, structured, pro-active
Skilled with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for technology and IT sales, with an ambition to succeed within a Services Sales role
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
Desirable Requirements
Technical knowledge of Clients, Server, Storage and Cloud, basic understanding of Dell Technologies solutions portfolio is a plus
First network and understanding of the channel landscape in the Austrian market
