Internal Audit : Analyst

As Analyst in our Internal Audit team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading / execution of Internal Audit /Concurrent Audit/Advisory engagements in the Non Financial Services.

• Ability to effectively perform the technical components of risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client’s current risk state

• Ability to perform end-to-end business process analyses and design

• Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data using appropriate tools and technologies

• Ability to assess and design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements

Qualification:

• Fresher – 1 year post qualification experience in Internal Audit, preferably working in the in the Non Financial Services domain

• Pursuing ACCA/B.Com/M.Com with post-qualification experience in Non Financial Services space

• Fresher or Working with any of the Big 4/Large consulting firms and having experience of internal / statutory audits of financial services clients

• Candidates from the industry, should preferably have experience of working with the compliance / internal audit / risk management function / operations department of the above mentioned entities

• Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial Services Industry

• Should have the ability to multitask and managing multiple project

• Strong project management capabilities and have experience of managing team

Analyst – CMG – Enterprise Portfolio Management

As an Analyst in the Enterprise Portfolio Management team, you would support the broader team in monitoring the joint venture and spinouts through secondary research and manage the conflict checks and flag issues that will be impairing solutions. Also, conduct analysis, and assist in preparing reports/updates with minimal guidance from senior team members. Should be able to analyze information, spot exceptions or trends quickly, and conduct required follow-ups. Should be team-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple activities and competing demands simultaneously.

Experience of 1-2 years in market research, hands-on knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Factiva, Hoovers, etc., and regular interaction with stakeholders based in the U.S.

  • Good secondary market research and support requests related to joint ventures, substantial stakeholder ownership, benchmarking, and reporting; Demonstrate a good understanding of standard co-ownerships and alliance partnerships
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong competency in data analysis and management with an ability to synthesize and draw logical inferences from the data, reporting and dashboarding skills
  • Good data visualization skills and ability to present analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats.

As an analyst, you would be responsible for supporting role-based programs interacting with a diverse group of Lab Producers supporting Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services.

Job Description:
