Daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal and working on the tasks and requests based on the following subject areas in the SAP – (this list is not exhaustive)

Executive Accelerators Governance Services – Analyst 

An Analyst, you will provide support to transition labs, workshops, forums and developmental programs. You will work both as an individual contributor and a team player. You will interact with a diverse group of Deloitte’s Governance service and client engagement team leaders across all industries and services. You will provide operational support for the planning and execution of the Government service projects.

Secondary research: create briefing packets, company profiles, executive profiles, client relationship mapping, cross-board analysis and governance reports using Deloitte internal resources and external websites
Perform benchmarking analysis (Audit Committee charter review), review governance rules, regulations, and Audit Committee guidelines
Execute standard, ad-hoc data requests, create leadership metric reporting, and other internal team metrics requests
Ability to create surveys, manage mailbox and analyze the survey results
Maintain critical data in salesforce, OneNote trackers, Sharepoint site, and MS-Teams
Collaborate with different teams to develop leadership dashboards
Demonstrate responsiveness, ownership and deliver high quality client ready deliverables
Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders

Analyst – DRS –

Support account planning, meeting preparation, materials gathering, notes capture and reporting
Conduct research, analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial analysis and competitor intelligence to assist Stakeholders in delivering account management services
Assist stakeholders in delivering DRM model objectives e.g. building distinctive client relationships, stakeholder mapping, communication planning
Developing internal & external communication

Qualifications

Business Administration, Finance, Marketing experience
Commercial awareness, an understanding and appreciation one or more industry.

Analyst, Executive Board and Relationships

As an analyst, you would be responsible for supporting role-based programs interacting with a diverse group of Lab Producers supporting Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all Deloitte industries and services.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and update registration lists (exporting from Drupal and Zoom and update the event registration lists on Teams)
  • Create weekly registration report
  • Create feedback reports
  • Check FTSE 100/250 on BoardEx and update Jupiter
  • Mailbox/calendar management (internal stakeholder communications)
  • Client promotional emails (tracking client moves and drafting client comms)
  • Salesforce data management
  • Ownership of CXO participant and board presenter databases (cleansing the board presenter database annually)
  • Quarterly data refreshes of legacy data
  • Drive innovation for new pieces of work, i.e. processes and trackers
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards (all members analysis etc.)
  • Create and maintain Jupiter dashboards/campaigns/reports
  • Update Jupiter accounts per request
  • Report on data accuracy, inactive members, other Jupiter issues

Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA. With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, combining/separating columns, conditional formatting)
  • Salesforce (understanding structure, reports)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Research capabilities – the ability to think proactively to try alternative research routes if the first attempt is unsuccessful
  • Good knowledge of BoardEx
  • Understanding of Conflict Check and Risk systems
  • Good attention to detail
  • Organisation skills to keep track of longer tasks such as data cleanses
  • Good written English for sending emails from the mailbox
  • Good data analytics skills (PowerBI, Power Query (M), Relational databases)
