2023 University Graduate (U.S.) – CAD Software Specialist – USA

Job Responsibilities:

The primary duties consist of supporting and assisting in development, review, administration, testing, configuration, implementation, data integration/management in support of a large Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project.
Assists senior engineering automation staff eliciting requirements to support information management, data validation and data ownership work activities.
Applies knowledge of 3D, P&ID, etc. principles and practices to data integration with commercial-off-the- shelf software.
Coordinates with and support technical team members in information systems, automation, and engineering in areas related to engineering authoring and integration tools.
Assists in producing artifacts to convey data integration and management activities for review and coordination.
Assists in training on-project users in the use of engineering software and related work processes.
Must be well organized and can accomplish assigned tasks within established budgets and schedules

Qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or any applicable engineering curriculum or drafting/design.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the Hanford Site. (Even if teleworking, must still be able to comply with security requirements to obtain a badge)
Must possess the right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Sound knowledge of CAD design and drafting techniques, engineering drawing, graphic arts, reading of drawings and reproduction methods used by the discipline
Basic knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft Access, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Basic knowledge of data integration between disparate systems and various data types (e.g., structured, unstructured, documents, etc.).
General knowledge of engineering/scientific systems, calculations, applications, and relevant computer applications.
Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria, and codes relevant to the discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of any 3D CAD modeling software
General knowledge of production engineering.
Basic programming skills
Working knowledge of the application of ASME NQA-1 and DOE O 414.1C, relating to software development and software quality

Digital Supply Chain Specialist – Australia

The role is seeking a recent graduate to provide technical and administrative support to the project, including but not limited to procurement system programming and automation, and the run of associated digital supply chain systems.

Job Responsibilities

Participates with designated project implementation teams and personnel to find and develop project automation requirements and objectives. This includes providing advice, guidance and recommendations.
Completion of Digital Supply Chain System Project Setup (Project Initiatives, Approvals workflows, Shipping and Inventory Destinations etc.
Create project members’ Digital Supply Chain System access.
Organizes and performs training as well as user desk instruction, including the maintenance and distribution of user training materials and documentation related to the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) application suite and associated systems.
Participates in software demonstrations and presentations as required by the Global Business Unit or Project.
Analyses, troubleshoots, and resolves problems relating to hardware, software or network related errors.
Performs data quality checks and import as directed by Project.
Initiates requests for resolution of both hardware and software problems encountered during implementation and operations of the DSCS application suite and associated systems.
Communicates technical and detailed support requests to the Corporate Digital Supply Chain group, including analysis of process steps taken.
Generates and maintains Project Procurement Metrics and Performance data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Information /Technology Systems Management, or similar
Previous vacation work or internship practising programming and automation within oil and gas, mining, refinery, LNG plant, petrochemical, minerals processing or power generating station construction
Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite of Applications, Oracle Agile and Oracle Primavera Unifier or other Enterprise Resource Programs
Advanced knowledge of standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerBI and including simple table, query, report and macro design.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of other standard applications used by Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Construction and Finance.
Knowledge of data processing operations.
Skilled in oral communication and experience in giving practical and technical presentations to medium and large audiences.
Collaborative and consultative interpersonal work style
Exposure to material procurement is desired but not mandatory.
Site-based experience is desired but not mandatory.

2024 University Graduate (U.S.) – Process Engineer – USA

Job Description:

Determining the sequence of operations and the selection of equipment and operating conditions required to convert a feedstock into products.
Generating Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Datasheets.
Designing the Relief System.
Supporting disciplines to ensure that process design intent is maintained throughout the work of the downstream design disciplines.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months or within the next 12 months.
Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project job sites.
Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months or within the next 12 months.
Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA
