Ensure the management and monitoring of shipments, establish good communication with the customer analyzing the situation.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and process instruction/requirements of the E2E import and export operations.
Frequent contact with stakeholders to be aware of shipment status and Keep customers timely informed about import and export processes of their shipments through emails and Status Reports.

Specialist – IT Vendor Management – India

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the organization with regular IT support requirement, asset management, and migration/enhancement projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Incumbents must be extremely organized, is a Team Player & Can work seamlessly with different teams, within & outside organization
Maintain lists of all Vendors, Billing & Payment records/history of vendors as per business requirement
Invoice Management (included but not limited to) ==> Invoice receipt, analysis, dispute resolution, take approval for payment and cheque payment/processing etc.
End to End cycle for Payment (RfQ Fathering – To Business Approval – PO Release – Deliverables – Invoice Collection – Submission/Processing – GRN – Payment Release, Confirmation from supplier – NoC/NDC (Qtrly) – FAR Verification (if applicable) – Closure
Thorough check of Invoices received. If any dispute with invoices, take this up with service provider and get credit note.
Meeting and escalation to concern Service Provider.
Generate Purchase Voucher, get sign of concerned from IT and then submit to Finance.
All payment details need to be put on sheet for future reference
Report of unbilled records, unpaid AMC, payment pending, invoice non-receipt, coordination with vendor/service provider to get invoice before due date, bill!
Supports in yearly budget exercise
Responsible to get overbilled invoices credit note.
Any billing dispute need to sort out timely.
Accurate Provisioning and accruals report to Finance.
Data sheet should be accurate. Need to update Payment sheet regularly
Work with Local/Vendor IT Team for all vendor related requirement
Other duties as assigned

Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in IT. Preferably from BPO domain.
