Job Description:

Enterprise Server administration (Red Hat Linux administration related to Polarion, maintain and configure SVN, Postgres SQL, JVM)
General Polarion administration (configuration, workflows, reports, access, permissions, integrations, etc.)

Production, QA and backup environments (~25 Linux Servers)

Updating project configurations, workflows, and work item metadata

Coordinate security and software updates with internal IT and Siemens

Addressing backup, performance, and troubleshooting of reported issues

Developing dashboards and Live Reports that support software engineers and management needs (Apache Velocity Scripting, JavaScript)

Qualifications:

Job Description:

You will create generic software test designs for safety-critical software for driving and braking functions for our test automation solution. In addition to traditional methods, you will also use advanced technologies such as AI.
You will define use case-based test sequences to examine the system behaviour of the control units on a HIL or SIL test bench as accurately as possible.
You will build complex software-in-the-loop systems with our own simulation framework.

Qualification:

Atlas Graduate Program: Software Development Engineer (2024) – USA

Siemens is looking for a software development engineer to work in the Mentor Emulation Division (MED). MED develops and manufactures custom super computers called emulators for functional verification of System-on-Chip circuit designs.

Job Responsibilities:

The Software Development Engineer will have responsibilities in the development and improvement of the part of the compiler that analyzes the customer design in order to map it on the emulator resources. The individual will participate in the design and implementation of new functionality for this part of the compiler as well as support current functionality. The candidate will work on high-level algorithm design, as well as on the “ones and zeroes” of the programmable emulator hardware. The work will be mostly in C++ on Linux. This position will include interaction with other software teams as well as MED hardware teams in an international, multi-site, development environment.

Qualification:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of C++ and/or Python programming languages.

• Basic knowledge of algorithm and data structure design.

• Basic understanding of gate level digital logic design.
