Associate Finance Analyst – India

We are seeking for a professional Associate Finance Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the verification and pre-processing of all invoices received, and for undertaking line-item matching against purchase order in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Perform manual verification of unrecognized (OCR) information on an invoice on header level and partially on-line item level.
Perform quality checks (spot-checks) on already recognized information.
Reconcile line items on invoices against valid purchase orders or transportation orders (trip file).
Verify and investigate discrepancies against PO/transportation orders and decide whether a return to business/request for information process is needed.
Provide feedback to system owner on reconciliation (OCR) quality and issues on invoice level by using ticketing system.

Proven working experience as Accounts Payable clerk.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Proficiency in English and basic skills in German (A2).
