Compensation Analyst intern
Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Analyst intern to assist the Human Resources Department with the Year End Process (Bonus and Merit) for the DHL Global Forwarding America’s Region. This position will be based at Miami, FL (office and remote work) for ~20-40 hours/week depending on your school schedule. This will be a 4-5 month internship which will start Dec 2020/Jan 2021 and end in April 2021.
Responsibilities:
·Assist with the completion of DHL’s year end and merit/bonus process
·Assist with the Regional Compensation process/project and Global Compensation initiatives
·Ensure data quality, identify data issues, and provide suggested solutions
·Assist in preparing and maintaining procedures and workflows
·Working with large data sets and analyzing data quality
Skills / Requirements:
·A Junior or Senior level student pursuing their Bachelor or Master’s degree (Finance/IT/Engineering or HR)
·Expert knowledge using Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft products (ie: Word, Outlook)
·Ability to analyze data, identify data quality issues, and provide solutions or approaches to solve data problems
·Very strong verbal and written communication skills
·Excellent organizational and time management skills
