Early Talent Leadership Development Program- Finance

The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two-year program that involves two assignments in an Eaton facility that each last 12 months.

In an effort to maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to have you placed in different facilities, different businesses, and/or different functions during the length of your program.

Your assignments will give you multiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also have the opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during your assignments.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could qualify you for roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant or Auditor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher

• Geographical flexibility to relocate

• Ability to speak a second language fluenty (English)

• Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange or others.

Internship: Embedded Software Engineering (Summer 2025) – GBR

Job Description:

• Work with hardware drivers and embedded applications, networking and related areas primarily using C, C++, and Python, as well as other programming languages.

• Collaborate with a global multi-discipline engineering teams (software, embedded software, hardware, power systems, systems, product and test) to deliver products and features for the Controls and Relays Group.

• Set aggressive goals, measures performance, and strive to go beyond what is expected.

• Effectively work and communicate within a global team environment.

Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled in or received a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science at an accredited institution with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.

• Able to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
