Job Description:
Computer Science and/or Engineering majors are preferred while other majors may be considered
Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with expected graduation between August 2023 and June 2024
A well-rounded academic background with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures and algorithms
Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization
Experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency and Security
Emerging knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
In touch with industry wide technology trends and best practices with a thirst for learning, growing and trying new things
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture

Java Software Engineer I – India

Job Responsibilities
Executes basic software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with peer guidance
Interprets architecture and design representations as well as nonfunctional requirements to develop secure, stable software against a defined architecture
Actively applies automation to reduce manual toil in the Software Development Life Cycle
Addresses basic code quality issues

Job Responsibilities:
Data Production and Analytics
Responsible for analyzing problems, and performing quantitative analytics against large data sets
Identify and execute on data inaccuracies
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
Document new and existing processes and procedures
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with cross functional teams within lines of business, real estate, human resources and technology to collaborate on the input and output of firmwide headcount and real estate datasets
Support the implementation of key business decisions and change efforts
Deliver presentations with ability to recognize and incorporate feedback
Communicate effectively to all levels of executive management and peers
Qualifications:
Entry Level Position – business/ data analytic experience preferred
