ESG Analyst (Pune) – India

Job Description:

As an ESG Data Analyst at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to drive informed decision-making and enhance our corporate sustainability efforts.

Data Collection: Gather and maintain ESG-related data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Data Analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Data Focal Point:
Assist with any data query and reporting of ESG data with customers, external partners and rating agencies.

Reporting:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to ensure Amdocs’ compliance and disclosure requirements are met.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on ESG data, engage with vendors and partners for collection of relevant data.

Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting ESG targets and KPIs, monitor progress toward these goals, and suggest improvements to meet sustainability objectives.

Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging ESG trends and best practices for data management and suggest improvements.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Knowledge of sustainability and ESG.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) would be consider as an advantage.
Prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability roles is a plus.

System Implementation Engineer – Mexico, USA

Job Description:

Acts as a liaison among stakeholders, communicate and implements recommended solutions in the relevant domains and practices.
You will be responsible to evaluate and recommend a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
You will be expected to gather the requirements and analyze client needs and gaps
During the Construct phase of a project, you will prepare documents and specifications that describe the configuration changes
You will be responsible to configure the solution using relevant tools or system applications based on the solution definition and customer requirements.
You will also be in involved in the creation, execution and maintenance of detailed and accurate test plans.
You will support the preparation of functional and technical training.
You will support the resolution of configuration/ implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
You will support configuration solution during a project’s lifecycle (development, testing, post production)

Qualification:

B.Tech Degree or equivalent
Ability to analyze different systems that include data from multiple sources and contacts logs
High Excel capabilities
Prior implementation experience
Familiarity with Micro-Services framework
Interpersonal communication and the ability to work in a group and parallel groups
