Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Prevent, detect, mitigate, and resolve software application production incidents. Analyze memory leaks within application servers to maintain high availability of the application. Build and develop monitoring dashboards to generate notifications before catastrophic failures. Build auto-monitoring and auto-refresh dashboards that provide real-time view into the number of transactions and number of users on Chase.com. Configure and route traffic to healthy servers. Prevent cyber and brute force attack. Monitor WebSphere of production application to see if traffic is processed. Provide robust solutions for sustained application resiliency. Work as a liaison with JPMC monitoring team to ensure appropriate alerts are in place. Provide full disclosure on the changes required to alerts and monitoring. Analyze and resolve production incidents as part of production breakdown and datacenter failovers. Additionally support improvements in Application Telemetry, monitoring and alerting. Support root cause analysis, and toil reduction in the incident management and event management process.

Qualification:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Digital Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Applications Support, .Net Developer, Research Associate, or related occupation. set Servicing – Associate in Asset Servicing team you will be expected to manage the day to day processing of the full lifecycle of corporate action events for a number of high value clients.

Job responsibilities:

Processes Corporate Actions and covers the full lifecycle from Announcement Capture to Payments
Liaises with agent banks and custodians to improve processes and client experience
Resolves Cash and Stock exceptions
Provides support to internal teams including Risk Management and Client Facing teams across regions
Understands the control environment and ensures that daily control checks are completed

KYC Client Data Specialist – Hyderabad

Job Description:

Ability to understand the firm’s KYC requirements when completing documentation inclusive of Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Local Due Diligence (LDD), Specialized Due Diligence (SpDD) and Product Due Diligence requirements (PDD).
Compare and contrast differences within KYC records, highlight and escalate any discrepancies.
Engage with Middle office and be part of KYC/AML interactions to complete the case as per the timeline.
Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to our internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality).
Ability to interpret alerts to management when applicable.
Handling and maintenance of confidential client documentation.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Degree.
Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in Compliance, Corporate KYC, AML, and Screening.
Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership, and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time.
Effective communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
