Graduate Process Engineer – Australia

Job Description:

The oilseed processing facility in Footscray consists of seed receival and storage, preparation, extraction, refining, packaging, tank storage facility, truck loading, shipping terminal and the necessary utilities and infrastructure.

In this diverse and hands on role, the Graduate Process Engineer will provide technical support for the day-to-day Crush Plant (incorporating Seed Preparation and Oil Extraction) production and operating processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join and be mentored by a high performing team to support you gaining Engineering experience.

Job Requirement:

Assist and support the Plant Operators, Production Engineers and Supervisor, and the Plant Manager in the day-to-day operational duties and project plans
Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes are efficient and cost-effective to promote quality and reliability
Conduct tests and measurements throughout the different stages of production, interpreting the data and reporting on the findings
Liaise with technical consultants, suppliers and contractors
Participate in site based, hands on, installation and commissioning tasks
Training Operators and Maintenance staff

Qualifications

Engineering Degree – mechanical, chemical, process or manufacturing
0 – 2 years of experience
Strong results orientation
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations

Customer Service Support – Canada

The Customer Service Support – Customer Enabling will support routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist with the achievement of streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, contract balances and share information needed to complete an order to customer facing customer service representatives.
Support resolution for simple administrative or clerical process issues that follow already defined procedures related to order confirmation, processing and fulfillment.
Support the generation of order related documents as outlined in established processes.
Assist in updating internal stakeholders on order status and any issues.
Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management internal process and work with other functions and customer facing customer service representatives to take corrective actions as directed.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Experience working with data entry
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada

PREFERRED:

Operations Analyst – Belgium

The Operation Analyst will hold a key role in supporting and tracking plant performance versus commitments and business plans through the combination of multiple activities in the operations space related to plant information and controls. In this role, you will support and streamline information flows between plants and finance to provide relevant and insightful information to plant managers as a foundation for their decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare the necessary information for the monthly plant performance meetings.
Perform daily production report, weekly and monthly mass balance for yield calculations.
Coordinate the monthly stock take at site.
Coordinate a solid forecasting, target setting and budget processes and variance explanations for the site.
Upload monthly actual, budget and forecast information into the systems and ensure it reflects the actual plant performance.
Handle the operational controls at the site with the goal of being fully compliant with operational policies.
Develop the site programs to embed the continuous improvement processes, propose how often the portfolio is discussed and establish how ideas are gathered, allocated and progressed.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred:

Fluent in Dutch and English
Understanding of business and operational excellence approaches

The Sales Executive – Modern Trade will support the staff in face to face and remote selling to new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions, with guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

Travel through assigned area to call on accounts.
Check stock and inventory; obtain product orders.
Note number of items delivered to each account to maintain accurate product inventory.
Review exposure and placement of items on shelves.
Build rapport with store management to maintain relationships.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
