Job Description:
Each Commercial Trading Graduate will become part of the global trading team and operate in a highly dynamic and challenging energy market. The rotational structure of our graduate trading development programme will allow you to touch on many of the trading disciplines over a short period of time: example roles include, but are not limited to, Trading Analyst, Fundamentals Analyst, Risk Control, Gas and Power Business Development and Commercial Coordination. You will gain a broad understanding of physical and paper trading and how it connects to our physical operations and mid- / back-office processes.
Qualification:
Have at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent subject
Be graduating in 2023, or have graduated in the last 3 years
Have a strong attention to detail and be able to demonstrate robust analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify errors and recommend process enhancements
Be able to demonstrate a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment
Relevant work experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
