Job Description:

Provide engineering expertise and support on Instrumentation for safe and reliable operations, maintenance work and projects for Singapore Manufacturing Complex (Singapore Chemical Plant and Singapore Refinery).

Prepare engineering assessments and designs, conduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis for instrumentation-related issues, including field instruments, control valves and programmable logic controllers.

Develop engineering solutions to address and resolve issues.

Manage long-term equipment improvement initiatives for the instrumentation fleet.

Provide technical training in instrumentation as needed.

Qualifications:

A good bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Description:

Work as a member of the technical team to provide process engineering support for operations

Provide technical advice / support to daily operational issues

Perform unit optimization, troubleshooting, de-bottlenecking studies

Lead/participate in safety initiatives including risk assessments and HAZOP reviews

Support on-going reliability improvements and equipment strategy development

Analyze complex technical issues, identify key drivers, propose strategy / recommendations to support decision-making/resolution of technical issues

Responsible for the development/execution of margin improvement ideas/projects

Qualifications

Job Description:

Conduct laboratory testing activities as per international standards / ExxonMobil’s in house methods

Maintain laboratory testing equipment’s in healthy state by managing routine calibration, maintenance or other quality control parameters.

Preferred Qualifications:
