Job Description:

Staff Data Analyst – Data CoE Team in EY is responsible for providing key reporting and data management support to the Tax and Accounting practices which EY provides to its multinational clients.

• Understand the functioning of the engagement tools

• Work with the EY tax teams and understand their current data requirements and fulfill their data needs

• Good communication skills to conduct trainings and process demos

• Work on documenting the current process from the EY tax teams with process maps with details at Level 5

• Publishing weekly reports to the leadership displaying the progress of the project

• Working knowledge of account reconciliations, reviewing Trial Balances, preparing fixed asset registers, and posting entries into accounting systems

• Good to have knowledge on any ERP systems involved in global service delivery

Qualification:

Analyst – Investigations & Compliance – India 

Technical Excellence
Execution of projects and coordinates the planning of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.
Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique

Qualification: 

The incumbent will lead client engagements related to fraud investigations (for e.g.: asset tracing, money laundering, suspected violation of ethics, regulatory investigations & open-source intelligence), FCPA (Foreign corrupt practices Act) compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, dispute resolution support including assistance in matters pertaining to financial issues like business interruption, etc.. Strong leadership abilities, inter-personal skills, business development skills and good acumen of client business are essential.

Associate Analyst – RMS Independence-PACE – India

Job Description:

The Associate Analyst within RMS team would be required to develop subject matter expertise on RMS / independence issues and shall be the first point of contact for customer teams. The individual will be interpreting RMS policies, determining required actions and making recommendations based on firm guidance. Other responsibilities include analyzing issues and producing deliverables to document the diligence with which such tasks were performed, as the work product for these individuals is subject to review and scrutiny by outside regulators. Interactions are generally at the executive level with client team members and RMS personnel.
