Job Description
• Validate order as per the scope of work
• Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
• Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
• Review the network design shared by design team
• Built network config as per the scope and design
• Join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
• Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues
• Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders
Job Responsibilities:
• Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge
• Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
• PC literate with good system navigation skills
• Understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives.
• Good Logical though process Network Device Configuration Technology/ Product/Process Knowledge/Toolings • Validate order as per the scope of work
Qualifications:
Should be a Graduate Fresher Fresher – Experience is not mandate
