Engineer – Product Safety – United States
Job Description:
Responsible for learning and then implementing product safety and reliability engineering methodologies and techniques for systems and equipment .
Execute industry best practices to identify and mitigate safety risks inherent to the product design to an acceptable level; support conducting rigorous safety risk assessments, hazard evaluations, utilize human factors principles to drive design improvements in order to eliminate human error in the operation and maintenance of the product in the field.
Developing specialized knowledge in the Product Safety discipline by working with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Uses judgment to help the team make decisions and solve highly complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product safety risk management.
Explains difficult or sensitive information to internal leaders and works to build consensus.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in engineering (e.g. electrical, computer engineering, or aerospace) or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
No previous years of related experience required.
Desired:
Prior internship or co-op experience within an engineering function supporting a highly regulated industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

Customer Support Specialist – Europe
Job Description:
Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via fax/email or via the system traffic
Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP based ERP System.
Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
Support global team entry activities and metrics.
Support both external and internal customers
Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP).
Qualifications:
High School degree. College degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
Significant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares.
Confident communication level of spoken and written English.
Team player attitude.
Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision.

Job Description:
Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Writes codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project

Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
Qualification:
For roles outside USA:

Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:

Should have good understanding of Docker/Kubernetes/EKS/AKS etc
Should know the Scrum/Kanban Best practices.
Cloud Certificate will be added advantage.

Prior work experience in an agile environment, or introductory training on Lean/Agile.
