Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in working with enterprise software and systems.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python and/or Go, and HTML.
Experience working with industry partners in the telecom or enterprise space.
Experience with integrating third party services with Google systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work and execute within a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
Ability to work independently.
Identify and implement technical solutions to efficiently scale Fiber’s OSS and BSS operations.
Design, develop, test, release, and maintain tools to support cross-functional and cross-metro users.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to help drive long term system vision.
Analyze and monitor key metrics to drive request prioritization and issue resolution.
