Digital Marketing Associate – Cloud Platform

The primary responsibility for this role is to assist the paid media team members within the digital marketing group to support their time-sensitive programs. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role on the Oracle Cloud Platform Global Marketing pillar team within the Global Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Associate is an entry-level role and requires someone that can step up at the ground-level and quickly provide meaningful value to the team.

Creation of marketing codes/tracking urls specific to program activities by channel
Updating spreadsheet templates to share approved creative/urls with 3rd party agencies
Creation and review of offer landing pages to support media programs
Pulling monthly metrics and populating reporting templates to share with key stakeholders
Posting reports and other documentation to internal sites
Q/A of landing pages and other materials that are used in externally-facing programs

Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience working in marketing or advertising; paid media experience a plus
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Detail oriented and highly organized; critical thinker
Experience with Office 360, specifically excel and powerpoint, beyond basic knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills and able to quickly learn new systems/processes
Strong communication skills
