Qualification:

Full time M.Tech/ME/B.Tech/BE/MSc/BSc Engg (4 Years)/ /MCA from recognized university.

Field Operation Engineer. IT Support staff  – 37 post

B.Tech/B.E/BSc Engg (4years): (IT/CS/ECE/Electronics/E&TC/ Mech/EEE)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support

Responsible for first level diagnosis and troubleshooting the problems related to hardware and software installed at the office locations

Troubleshooting of MDT, Radio devices, Desktop, Network and Telephony and other software deployed etc.

Project Engineer- I IT Helpdesk Staff  – 12 post

B.Tech/B.E/BSc Engg (4Years): (IT/CS/ECE/Electronics/E&TC/M ech/EEE)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support

IT Helpdesk staff shall be the dedicated personnel for Project responsible for handling all IT related problems.

Responsible for creating the issues tickets and providing immediate solution physically or remotely (if possible).

Responsible for first level diagnosis and troubleshooting of the problems relating to network, IP phones, applications, OS, Internet Explorer, Open Office, messaging solutions, Anti-virus, etc.

To monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk

Trainee Engineer- I District Technical Support  – 18 post 

B.Tech/B.E/BSc Engg (4Years): (IT/CS/Electronics/ECE/ETC) or MCA/MSc (IT)

Minimum 1year experience in IT Support Roles

Ensure entry of Human resource and assets related information in HRMS/Asset/Inventory management portal

Junior Assistant (HR)

Graduation in B.Com./BBA/BBM (full-time) from recognized University + Knowledge in Computer Operation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

i. Candidate must be a citizen of India.

ii. The upper age limit specified is applicable to General Category/EWS candidates.

iii. Relaxation of upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 3 years, SC candidates is 5 years.

For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

ST candidates will be considered on par with UR Criteria

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

i. Candidates should have completed three years fulltime B.Com/BBA/BBM from any recognized University and should possess knowledge in computer operation.

iii. Candidates have to compulsorily attach the Provisional/Final Degree Certificate as proof of completion of Course and percentage of marks.

iv. Maximum age is 28 years as on 01.01.2025.
