We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Investment Management team. This role is in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID.
Job Description:
Knowledge of processing & review of Mutual Fund related reporting such as Factsheets, Datafiles, Commentaries, Client Reports, etc.
Experience in managing operational delivery as per the production schedule and be accountable for their accuracy, quality, and timely delivery to the business.
Ability to work in team-oriented environment & work collaboratively with Onshore and Offshore team members to facilitate in achieving daily production deliverables for the team.
Qualification:
Minimum professional qualification: B.Com/M.B.A. with 1-2 years of relevant experience (working on factsheet checking) & working in cyclical nature of work
Strong knowledge of excel.
Good verbal & written English communication.
Ability to work under high pressure & stringent deadlines.

Entry Level Portfolio Accounting Analyst, Middle Office – USA
Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, provides accounting support activities for funds of moderate complexity
Utilizes internal systems and external data to validate and resolve reconciliation breaks while adhering to established procedures
Maintains records in accordance with department policies and procedures
Prepares system-generated reports or templates and conducts general data validation and reconciliation
Confirms findings with more senior team members
Has some knowledge of compliance rules and service level agreements
Provides guidance to less experienced Middle Office support staff
No direct reports
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work
Qualification:
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
Mutual Fund experience preferred
Prior Financial services experience preferred
1-2 years total work experience preferred.

Senior Associate, Documentation & Data Management Analysis – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Establish partnerships with source system data owners, Engineering, and Compliance to understand and document requirements related to the use of data for Compliance Metrics (KRIs/KPIs) and Reporting.
Works with client, transaction, and compliance data to gain an understanding of the data, including scope of data, limitations, attribute definitions, and linkages to other datasets.
Perform testing on new datasets and reports and coordinate end user testing.
Assists with data modelling and quantitative analysis projects.
Rapidly assess, transform, and create relationships within and between data sets, applications, and processes.
Uses standard data analysis tools to query, analyze, and extract data.
Assists with analytical project management support for assigned area.
Document the data transformation process including data workflow charts and diagrams.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (business, math, engineering, computer science) or the equivalent combination of education and experience needed.
3+ relevant years of total work experience preferred.
Strong organization, documentation, communication, and presentation skills
Advanced data profiling experience using SQL skills.
Knowledge of the structuring of data environments and applications that use big data processes is a preferred.
Familiar with Business Intelligence data management and visualization used in big data for analysis and structuring preferred.
Experience with issue management systems
Familiar with logical data models
Experience with reference data and master data preferred.
