Project Officer (PO)

Job Description:

As an ESG Data Analyst at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to drive informed decision-making and enhance our corporate sustainability efforts.

Data Collection: Gather and maintain ESG-related data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Data Focal Point: Assist with any data query and reporting of ESG data with customers, external partners and rating agencies.
Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to ensure Amdocs’ compliance and disclosure requirements are met.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on ESG data, engage with vendors and partners for collection of relevant data.
Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting ESG targets and KPIs, monitor progress toward these goals, and suggest improvements to meet sustainability objectives.
Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging ESG trends and best practices for data management and suggest improvements.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
Knowledge of sustainability and ESG.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) would be consider as an advantage.
Prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability roles is a plus.
