Associate Technology Support Analyst – USA
Job Responsibilities:
Perform hardware and software configuration, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Engage with vendors to coordinate hardware repairs for laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
Provide one-on-one and group training for peers and customers, including onboarding of new hires.
Participate in after-hours support program on rotating basis.
Occasional call center phone support may be required.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or a minimum of 1 year in professional setting/corporate environment and minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis with occasional travel required to offices in local geography.
Ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

PERC Analyst – USA
Job Description:
Works in support of the general management and business operation.
Performs database searches and manual queries on individuals referred to the program by other Law Enforcement Agencies who have previously been categorized
Assist with real-time lead generation, target monitoring, criminal and intelligence analysis.
Conducts calls to Law Enforcement Agencies to determine the custodial status
Logs all information into a web-based case management system
Identifies potential process improvements and make recommendations
Provides enforcement recommendations and refers cases to an specified personnel or field offices, and headquarter offices for follow-up review and action
Utilizes federal, state, and local databases in the performance of assigned work
Qualifications:
Must have an active Public Trust clearance to be considered or ability to obtain and maintain.
Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience; or an Associate degree and 1 year of analytical experience; or High School Diploma and 2 years of analytical experience

Job Responsibilities
