Project Engineer – USA
Job Description:
As a Project Engineer, you will provide design engineering services instrumental to the completion of major projects. You will provide engineering support to teams of designers/discipline specific engineers, construction managers and project managers for the development and execution of detailed engineering packages.
You will be responsible for supporting a Senior Engineer in the development of the following engineering details:
• Equipment Specifications
• Power system studies
• Single lines drawings
• General arrangement drawings
• Elevation drawings
• Three line drawings
• Schematics
• Wiring diagrams Interconnection diagrams
• Conduit/cable plans
• Lighting plans/drawings
• Lightning protection plans/drawings
• Control power drawings

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (with an expected graduation date no later than December 2023) from an accredited institution.

– Generator Protection and Control Experience
– Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

Associate Analyst -Indirect Tax – India
Job Description:
The Associate Analyst – Indirect Tax will be responsible for supporting various Eaton businesses and Legal Entities across EMEA region on Indirect Tax Compliance. The key responsibility would be as follows:
– Data analysis of monthly AR, AP and GL reports
– VAT control checks based on the Indirect Tax Controls Framework
– Preparing and submitting of VAT, EC Transactions List and Intrastat declarations
– Completing reconciliation of the VAT General Ledgers to the VAT returns
– Reconciliation of VAT Balance Sheet Accounts as per Eaton Financial Policies
– Perform Control check as per Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements
– Support the businesses and Plants during Tax and Statutory audits
– Partnering with the business on process improvements
– Completing reconciliation between VAT and Intrastat
– Completing reconciliation between VAT and EC Transactions Lists
– Electronic archiving of all documents per VAT, EC Transactions List and Intrastat declaration
– Active participation in key projects on process improvement and automation
– Administration tasks to be defined by the Manager
Qualifications:
– CA/CMA with less than 2 years’ experience.

Analyst- FP&A – India
Job Description:
• The analyst will work collaboratively within GFSS FP&A team along with finance, accounting, business operations and senior management from sites and throughout the GEIS NA Electrical region as required. The Analyst would be primarily tasked with reviewing and analyzing data sources identified for Power BI solutions within Finance Transformation scope.
• The Analyst would be required to document data source review process and identify gaps in validity of data by comparing it with the financials, or any other datasets including but not restricted to Kronos / SAP BW / OBIEE etc.
• Professional will also support in data gathering by working with the site teams globally as required by ongoing project scopes. Assignments will include planned and ad hoc projects.
• The Analyst would be task with taking feedback through a structured review process and action changes as per project requirement.
• This position would be an Individual Contributor.
Qualifications:
• Primarily (B.Com / B.Sc / B.CA / MBA Finance.)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science / Data Analytics preferable.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data, Written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with using Power Tools like Power BI
• Experience with Oracle Financials / SAP / SQL preferred.
• 2 – 4 years of Data Analysis or Financial Analysis experience.
• Adaptable to varying cultures.
