Job Description:
To be responsible for longorshort term staff forecasting, utilization and fulfilling staffing needs. (1.) To interface between the Delivery groups and all other stakeholder like , General HR,Recruitment, Training dept. to ensure achievement of staff utilization goals. (2.) To create reports and dashboards to assess the current and future staffing needs. (3.) To ensure effective and efficient utilization of staff. (4.) To participate in longorshort term strategic business planning in order to forecast and plan staffing needs.
