Junior Service & Solution Architect
Job Description:
Gather information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer requirements.
Solution Planning and Design by optimizing and ensuring the lowest compliant response to every bid/concept.
Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
Adapt solution design to new requirements.
Client/customer relationship.
Maintains good communications with customers.
Collaborate with other team members.
Actively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications.
Engages appropriate additional technical resources as needed.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s or master’s degree obtained in the last 12 months.
Typically, 1-3 years of technical and/or solution experience in the IT industry preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Prior experience in sales or customer service would be nice to have.
Basic understanding of financial processes, Profit, and Lose.
Listening skills to understand customer requirements & transform those into HP Solutions
General knowledge across the HP portfolio, with competencies in core technologies.
Basic knowledge of HP print solutions is nice to have.
Knowledge of as-a-Service-concepts.
Knowledge about Cloud Technologies (AWS, Microsoft, Google), IT Infrastructure, Database, Windows Server Operating systems, Web Technologies & Basic Scripting Skills, IT Security.
Fluent knowledge of German and English. Knowledge of other European languages would be a plus.
