Job Description:
Build excellent customer relationships and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences
Establish and determine the financial goals and current situation for our customers
Develop an excellent rapport with our customers, interacting via telephone and email
Adopt needs-based approach to provide recommendations and solutions to meet customers personal banking needs
Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using insurance solutions
Ensure all operational transactions are executed expeditiously and with minimum errors, while staying within compliance with audit and statutory guidelines
Qualification:
Candidates with no prior experience and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as thorough training and development will be provided
Minimum diploma holder
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great interpersonal skills, coupled with adaptability and willingness to learn
