Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR, Exposure to ER practices is ideal but not a constraint.

Job Description:

Promoting a positive work environment – This role will also involve exposure to Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Investigations and Employee Feedback Mechanism.
Working closely with local external authorities on need basis, hence an understanding of local language would be an added advantage, though not mandated.

Job Description:
The role will need a Operations Analyst with experience in the financial domain. This position’s primary responsibility will be to help clients with managing requirements for strategic & long term projects. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that works closely with application managers and other stakeholders to implement product development & access management standards / processes. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Qualifications:

Preferred:
