In this role, you will execute transactions as per prescribed timelines and follow all predefined procedures with the objective to meet SLA targets for the specific process within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys
Job Responsibilities:
Executes low complexity transactions as er prescribed guidelines and timelines such as verifying documents, processing bills, analysis of data, responding to complaints/queries on mail, interacting with vendors for order management depending on the process in order to meet SLA targets.

Job Description:
Conduct process audits, deploy designed processes, analyze and report performance on quality.
Support and implement de-risking plans for the process
Share and document best practices
Conduct RCAs on transaction monitoring to create action plans to reduce errors and improve service delivery

Senior Process Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for managing a portfolio of moderately complex accounts (e.g., trade)
Process receipt on dropship purchase orders and create subsequent invoice document
Review service purchase orders to the vendor to ensure that terms, conditions, SOW and T&E requirements from customers/partners
Validate invoices from suppliers for accuracy and appropriate supporting documentation, work with supplier to resolve and missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documentation

Qualifications:
