Job Summary:
Schindler India’s Graduate Sales Trainee Program (GST) is a program for aspirants with Engineering background (BE/ BTech) Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics). The program involves on the job training giving the employee an opportunity to experience the sales department. At the end of 6-12 months, the company will absorb the trainees for a full time role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying sales opportunities by constantly scanning the defined geography, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers •Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given timeframe
• Is the “one-stop-window” for the customer. Leading the project to its successful completion and handing over to the customer
• Handles customer within a defined territory/geographic location
1. Female Candidates
2. 1–2 years of sales experience.
3. Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.
