Graduate Project Planner Leixlip,

As a Graduate Scheduler/ Project Planner you will join our Equipment Planning and Coordination [EPCOT] team who coordinates and plans for the future. The scope of your work will include integrating, supporting and driving completion of Progressive Build, tool installation and qualification. We would like you to have some experience (1-3 years) in the areas of design, engineering, facilities, and construction management with knowledge of equipment or line install process.

Responsibilities:
Support managing schedule controls for the project – supporting the team in generating schedule improvements/roadblocks and potential solutions
Contribute to defining and analysing project critical paths across all schedules
Assist with organizing, preparing and facilitating interactive planning and schedule review sessions with project team and key stakeholders, including preparation of appropriate project schedule indicators for senior stakeholders
Maintain overall milestone program / project schedule including supporting metric generation, tracking, what-if scenarios and look-aheads.
Support weekly meetings with stakeholders to review and disposition updates, tasks etc.

Qualifications
A BS degree in Construction Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering discipline is preferred
Proficiency in windows-based environment and software required (Word, PowerPoint, Project, advanced excel)
Knowledge of Primavera P6 would be beneficial
1-3 years’ experience in the areas of engineering, facilities, procurement and construction management with knowledge of equipment or line install process

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated Team dynamics / Ability to work as part of a high performing team with multiple customers and stakeholders
Proven understanding and capacity for data management and an understanding of typical construction sequencing and logic.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in defining activities and direction.
