Job Description
Recruitment: To collaboratively consult with managers to follow strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates and should have direct experience with job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition. Needs to proactively create talent pipelines by posting job ads through portals, social media, professional associations and employee referrals. Should be able to evaluate, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial interviews and line up for further process of interviews. Knowledge of full life cycle recruitment process is required. Should have comprehensive knowledge of professional recruitment standards towards construction industry.
Performance Management System: Responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of PMS, to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals, objectives and performance results. Needs to work closely with employees in fixing goals and then guiding them for half yearly review and annual review. Should have hands-on in success factor performance management (PMGM).
The ideal candidate should have a Masters Degree in HR with minimum 2 years to max 7 years of experience in construction industry. Should be well versed in preparing HRMIS and good at MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
