Organize and maintain schedules to ensure steady workflow of course development
Establish and enforce deadlines
Discuss the development approach with key stakeholders/SMEs
Research & recommend alternative approaches that help make learning fun
Discuss with IDs to clearly define the detailed representation/strategy of the content
Determine the message the design should portray as per Storyboard
Create images that identify a asset or convey a message as per SB
Develop graphics and visual or audio images for asset illustrations, logos, and websites
Create designs either by hand or by using computer software packages
Select colours, images, text style, and layout
Incorporate changes recommended by the final storyboard
Review designs for errors before publishing them
Utilize design software such as Photoshop and InDesign, and multimedia design software such as AfterEffects or any animation software as desired to enhance the learning experience

Minimum Qualification: B.COM, BSC

Handling Image and Text permissions
Knowledge on image & text license category like Fair use, public domain, Orphan work etc.,
Good eye on image research skills from various image stock banks (Shutterstock, Alamy, etc.,)
After sending permission request, following regular follow-ups to the content rights-holder
Maintaining and tracking permission budgets
Ability to meet challenges/difficulties and work with strict deadlines
Good communication and negotiating skills
Understanding the business requirements from IDs/SMEs
Publish the guideline time and again for involved stakeholders
Identify fair use images, video clips etc for the use of team
Identify and implement automation possibilities in the responsibilities of IP and manage the tool
