Customer Relationship Associate – Edutech Chennai

The Customer Relationship Associate is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both clients and internal departments. As a member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers while maintaining strong relationships with them.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and offering suggestions throughout the process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their job requirements, and matching them with suitable candidates from our talent pool.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and qualifications.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and screen potential candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific job openings.
Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, updates, and progress in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and client requirements to provide valuable insights to the team.

Qualification:

Any Bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the recruitment or placement industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and candidates.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client and candidate requirements simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Assistant Manager-Assurance & Operations. – Head Office

Required Experience : 2 – 5 Years

Process review

Accounts Payable – Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements.
Payroll & Employee reimbursements – Test of controls , Fraud investigations, transaction audits, and efficiency improvements.
2. Developing dashboards for analysis, MIS analysis and identifying exceptions.
