Job Description:
Applying user-focused principles, you will engage with users and internal stakeholders to conduct user research and draw insights required to inform perspectives on product value, usability, or feasibility.
You will identify pain points in product usage, write user stories, create wireframes, groom stories with developers, test improvement ideas, and document results.
You will use this to help define, build, and prioritize the product backlog.
You will also support product documentation by translating complex technical information into end user-friendly help content, including text and supporting graphics.
This is a key enabler in adoption and user experience.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred in computer science, business or equivalent degree

In this role, your key activities will include leading problem-solving sessions with clients and McKinsey colleagues to understand business requirements and translating them into technical and functional requirements for the Wave solution.
