Software Delivery Analyst – India

As the Software Delivery Analyst, you will help clients capture cost savings using digital sourcing tools. These digital sourcing tools help clients run digital auctions, digital Request for Quotes (eRFQs), digital tenders (eTenders), and digital requests for information (eRFI).

Digital tools help clients save up to 30% off their cost base – significantly higher savings compared to non-digital methodologies.

You will consult these clients as a part of a large and diverse client service team.

You will work with a vast variety of clients – up to 1 unique client per month.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree

Strong proficiency in Excel (including vlookup, index-match, pivots); proficiency in macros, array functions, and PowerPoint will be an added bonus

Understanding of and interest in purchasing, sourcing, and saving opportunity identification

Knowledge of a variety of procurement technologies and sourcing solutions like Ariba, Zycus, Jaggaer, ScoutRFP, Coupa, Trade

Extensions, BravoSolution, Ivalua, SynerTrade, etc., and deep expertise is a huge plus

Exposure to cutting-edge procurement topics such as spend analysis and digital sourcing will be an advantage

Coding, statistics, or data analysis background

Software Delivery Analyst – Solutions, Periscope – India

You will work at the core of bridging client business challenges with the capabilities of our Periscope solution. You will be required to master the methodology embedded into the solutions and develop a deep understanding of the domain/function (across pricing, promotions and/or assortment), to clearly articulate the benefits of the Solution to clients, both external and internal, and how they are implemented in an organization.

In this role, you will work with Periscope leadership and client representatives in joint problem-solving sessions. You will also enable process improvements to gain efficiencies and enable a faster transition to steady state, through driving the discussions with the product development team by providing ongoing feedback on solutions and opportunities to enhance/add features. This is required for Periscope to deliver the insights related to the business challenges at stake.
